The Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta (ASET) is pleased to announce the results of the 2026 Council Election and congratulate the individuals elected to serve for the upcoming term.
The election results are as follows:
- President: Kenneth Williams, C.E.T., M.Ed., Arch Dipl.
- First Vice-President: Cassandra Yousph, C.E.T. (elected by acclamation)
- Second Vice-President: Ryley Proznik, P.Tech.(Eng.)
- Councillor: Arianne Lowe, C.E.T.
- Councillor: Lloyd Linkiewich, R.E.T., PMP
- Councillor: Roberta Wasylishen, C.E.T.
- Councillor: Sean Goin, P.Tech.(Eng.) (one-year term)
Those elected officially assumed their roles on 23 May 2026 during ASET’s Annual General Meeting. They will join Emilee Kaupp, C.E.T., and Kevin Whelan, C.E.T., PMP, CACE, who continue to serve their existing Councillor terms, to form ASET’s 2026–2027 Council.
Serving on Council represents a meaningful commitment to advancing the profession, supporting ASET’s registrants and strategic priorities. We recognize and appreciate the time, leadership, and dedication required of those who step forward to serve in these important roles.
ASET also extends its sincere thanks to all registrants who participated in the election process and contributed to shaping the association’s future through their engagement.
