Smart Cane helping visually impaired

A local engineering technology team is being recognized for updating one of the most widely used tools for people who are visually impaired. Nathaniel Painchaud is part of a three-member NAIT team that developed the VISAIDE Smart Cane that won a prestigious provincial award recently.
