A team of engineering technology graduates from Lethbridge College had their Capstone Project selected as a provincial finalist for the Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta (ASET)'s 2020 Capstone Project of the Year.

Lacrosse stick design earns provincial recognition

A new and improved lacrosse stick invented by three former Lethbridge College students has earned provincial recognition. For their engineering design and drafting technology project last year, Ralph Dabao, Austin Bruder and Nathan McMurray decided to create a high strength to low weight ratio aluminum stick after seeing how easily normal ones can break.
