Appeal Process
If you are the complainant and wish to appeal the finding of the ASET Investigate Committee or ASET/APEGA Joint Investigative Committee, as it relates to a complaint, you may appeal the decision by completing the Request for Appeal Form within 30 days of the decision date.
If you are an applicant and your application was refused, you may appeal the decision of the ASET Board of Examiners or the ASET/APEGA Joint Board of Examiners by completing the Request for Appeal Form within 30 days of the decision date.
